New for 2023 are our 61mm stock manifold turbos! These feature the same great parts and workmanship that have made our Spec1000 and Spec1200 turbos a staple option for this platform in only 2 short years of production.
The limitations of the Spec1200 turbo has always been the stock compressor cover, when moving up to the 61mm compressor, we needed to increase the flow potential of the compressor cover to allow that 61mm wheel to breath its full potential into our beloved VR38s.
To match the increased air charge, we upgraded the turbine from a 55mm to a whopping 62mm (35r equivalent) turbine capable of exhausting the gases and decreasing E-MAP as much as possible on a stock manifold/turbofold.
These 61/62mm variants can produce around 1400whp and are a great option to safely reach the upper limits of the stock crank and Shep1k trans, and capable of 60-130 times in the low 3s.
Each kit includes TurboSmart IWG75 actuators and 3.5″ aluminum inlets. Necessary coolant and oil lines are also included in the kit to make install a breeze.
