We are proud to introduce the most complete Catch Can/ Air-Oil Separation system for the Turbo V10 platform. This is intended to not only ventilate the dry sump pressure caused by increased blow by from forced induction, but separate additional oil from returning to the intake manifold from the valve cover.
As anyone who has worked on these cars knows, even NA cars being torn down for turbo installs will show considerable amounts of oil returning to the intake manifolds. Our mission was to trap that oil in the VTE (vent to engine) can, while still providing pressure ventilation to the dry sump with the VTA (vent to atmosphere) can.
Additionally, be rerouting the valve cover vent to the side of the car, it greatly simplifies the normal check valve and hose routing under the intake manifold that can be challenging to install or access in the event a check valve fails.
The check valves used in our kits are high quality, sprung steel ball mechanisms that we hand set crack pressure on to insure the best function for a low crack pressure without causing vacuum leaks and idle RPM fluctuations.
Each can is equipped with -10an breather lines, billet check valves, all mounting hardware and associated clamps for install.
These can be used with stock Intake Manifolds and aftermarket alike, simply select the your application in the drop down menu before check out.
