New and Improved Gen 2 design is now available! We have added an extra inlet port for increased crankcase ventilation and our Aluminum lids are now CNC machined from billet 6061. The extra port can be used with our High-Flow Valley Vent kit or other means of ventilation.

The Rampage High Volume Catch Cans/AOS (Air/oil separator) has become one of our best sellers over the years that we have offered them and as our client base has pushed their vehicles above the 2000whp mark, these AOS systems have proven time and time again that they work better than any other system available. Where many other systems begin to get overrun by blow-by and spit oil, our baffle system keeps the engine bay clean and oil free! Other systems may require a secondary catch can to accommodate the excess oil not retained by the primary can, but our single-stage system is still going strong without passing oil past the baffling and is a perfect upgrade at 500whp all the way to 2000whp+.

These AOS have extensive baffling internally and also feature a K&N panel filter on the top to aid in oil retention while breathing freely. The main body features 3 inlet fittings to vent the crankcase pressure with an auxiliary -10 ORB bung, and includes the vented oil fill cap.  We also make draining it easy with a -6 AN fitting on the bottom of the can which can be connected to a petcock or valve to drain manually.  If you select the oil return kit, we include an in-line filter, check valve, dipstick tube, and the necessary fittings to return the oil to the pan.  Each can comes with the necessary AN fittings, hose, and hardware to complete the installation.

**The High Flow Valley Vent Kit is now available for our gen 2 High Volume Catch Can system. Simply remove the -10 ORB plug in the front of the catch can and install the provided fittings and hose. Each kit includes the valley vent adapter fitting, 2 hose ends, and high-quality line.

Works with gen 1 but will need to adjust the plumbing slightly to work (Tee into one line)
